Woman disappears from Hail home
27/07/2010 09:32:11 PM GMT

By MUHAMMAD AL-SULAMI | ARAB NEWS

JEDDAH: Police in the northern city of Hail have been searching in vain for three days for a 20-year-old Arab woman who mysteriously disappeared from her home.

Hail police, who did not reveal the name of the woman or her 31-year-old husband, said on Tuesday that a description of her had been circulated among all checkpoints monitoring each exit and entry point in the city.

Spokesman for Hail police Lt. Col. Abdul Aziz Muhammad Al-Zinaidi said the husband, who initially reported his wife’s disappearance, did not believe she had been kidnapped or encouraged to leave him.

He said police officers are continuing their search to find her. ¬
